Operations Support

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £8.00 to £9.00 /hour

40 hours per week.

The role

The role will be working directly alongside the Operations team and the main duties will include data entry, Answering customer calls, logging sales enquiries, raising and scheduling engineers visits via our CRM system.

Principle responsibilities
- Work with the operations team to help them perform their duties effectively. Support them in dealing with admin, customers and suppliers.
- Ensure 100% accuracy when inputting information and pricing onto the CRM system.
- Process and file engineer paperwork on CRM system
- Send purchase orders to contractors and suppliers.
- Process customer calls and direct to the appropriate person.
- Be pro-active in booking training and maintaining the database.
- Cover for other team members in their absence and assist with any other activities.

Knowledge and skills
- Customer service experience preferably in a business to business environment.
- Strong team player and able to work on own initiative
- Pro-active and organised in your approach to work
- Good at multitasking
- Confident on the telephone
- Strong IT skills - training will be given on CRM system
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Have a strong attention to detail
- Be flexible and open to new ideas

Gate & Barrier Engineer

Job Type: Full-time Permanent

40 hours per week plus overtime and call out rota.

Immediate start with 3 month trial period

Working for a family run business of over 25 years, specialising in all aspects of automatic and industrial doors works including installation, servicing and repairs. The successful applicant will form part of our growing team of Engineers installing, servicing and repairs to all types of gates and barriers.

The successful applicant will need to have:
- Experience in fitting, maintaining and repairing all types of Automatic Gate Systems
- 3 Years + experience - Install and Servicing Automatic Gate Systems is essential
- Full UK Driving licence
- Prepared to work on the call out rota (1 in 4 weeks currently)
- Some Industrial Door experience is beneficial but not essential
- Some Automatic Door experience is beneficial but not essential

Vehicle, Tools, PPE and uniform provided. Due to the nature of the work and client base, all employees will need to be DBS checked.

Auto Door Engineer

Job Type: Full-time Permanent

40 hours per week plus overtime and call out rota.

Immediate start with 3 month trial period

Working for a family run business of over 25 years, specialising in all aspects of automatic and industrial doors works including installation, servicing and repairs. The successful applicant will form part of our growing team of Engineers installing, servicing and repairs to all Auto Door Systems.

The successful applicant will need to have:
- Experience in fitting, maintaining and repairing all types of Automatic Door Systems
- 3 Years + experience - Install and Servicing Automatic Door Systems is essential
- BSEN16005 qualification is essential
- Full UK Driving licence
- Prepared to work on the call out rota (1 in 4 weeks currently)
- Some Industrial doors experience is beneficial but not essential
- Some Automatic Gate experience is beneficial but not essential

Industrial Door Engineer

Job Type: Full-time Permanent

40 hours per week plus overtime and call out rota.

Immediate start with 3 month trial period

Working for a family run business of over 25 years, specialising in all aspects of automatic and industrial doors works including installation, servicing and repairs. The successful applicant will form part of our growing team of Engineers installing, servicing and repairs to all Industrial doors including Roller Shutters, Sectional Doors, Steel Set Doors, Gates & Barriers.

The successful applicant will need to have:
- Experience in fitting, maintaining and repairing all types of industrial doors
- 1ph & 3ph electrical knowledge is essential
- 3 Years + experience - Install and Servicing Industrial Door Systems is essential
- Full UK Driving licence
- Prepared to work on the call out rota (1 in 4 weeks currently)
- Some Automatic doors experience is beneficial but not essential
- Some Automatic Gate experience is beneficial but not essential
